The crocheted whirlwind top is made of 100% mercerized cotton and is handmade in London and Sweden. Please provide measurements at checkout when placing the order. Every garment is unique, as I make them based on your measurements. 
 
Mercerized cotton is in dark turquoise, handwash or machine wash on low spin settings, 30 degrees, and dry flat.
